FOOLs' Faces Project
The goal of the FOOLs' Faces Project is to produce a book of information with one page about each Fool Serious member so that Fools may learn a little about each other and recognize each other in person. Here are the FOOLs' faces that have been submitted thus far:
If you would like to be a part of this project, you may submit your information here. Information that you provide via this form will be made available only to Fool Serious members. Before entering your answers, you must create a Fool Serious web site account and log in to it using the User Login section in the left column of this page. If you have already created an account and are already logged into it, please proceed to the questionnaire. To begin the questionnaire, click the Fill Out Your FOOLs' Faces Questionnaire link below. When you have completed the form, click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
Note: If you have already submitted a questionnaire either online or using a paper form, then you may edit your previous answers. To edit an existing questionnaire, login to your account, Go to FOOLs Faces, click on your photo, and then click Edit. When finished editing, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
