Pacific Place too hot and film lost subtitles for several minutes

The Pacific Place theater was way too hot (temperature-wise) for the 10pm screening on Saturday.  The lower level was nearly tolerable but the upper level was stifling.   Several audience members were telling the announcer guy that it was too hot.

Also, midway through the film the film frame became uncentered vertically and the subtitles were off the screen and unreadable for several minutes.  The projectionist didn't bother to rewind it.   At least, it wasn't rewound before I left the theater.

Btw, the first hour of "Heartbeat Detector" did not qualify as a "thriller" (as it was billed).  Maybe the title refers to detecting whether the audience is still alive.   Perhaps the film comes alive in the second half.   The five minutes of factory worker karaoke / talent show? was nearly unbearable.
